Terms and Conditions of Registration

• We reserve the right to change topics, speakers, and content at our discretion, primarily due to important legislative changes.
• A seminar may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., technical issues). If so, it will be rescheduled for the next suitable date.
• We accept no liability resulting from reliance upon or use of our seminar materials or information by attendees or anyone else under any circumstances however caused.
• We do not allow registration for only part of this series.
• If you miss a session, you can view the recorded material in our web archive.
• Audio or video recording is not permitted but you may review the material on our web archive as many times as you wish for up to a year.
• The seminar series is designed for accountants who work in the accounting field. We reserve the right to deny registration for whatever reason upon refund of the registration fee.
• You will be sent a calendar invite for all seminar broadcast dates selected.
• All materials are copyright of Cadesky Tax Seminars and may not be reproduced under any circumstances without written permission.
• You are not registered until the Registration Fee is paid.
• We allow substitutions of registration to another firm member or different email (e.g. if you leave a firm) upon notification.
